Bellagio, Panorama Towers, Planet Hollywood, Aria at City Center, Mandarin and MGM Signature Towers.
View from West Vegas looking eastward towards the I-95 freeway and The Strip, as seen from the Orleans' Parking
Garage. Panorama Tower North is at left edge with the South Towers seen in the center. Aria Hotel is beyond
and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel is at right.Monte Carlo is seen at the right edge of photo.
Yellow background was used to visually separate the blue batch of City Center buildings from the blue sky.
The building in the center is Panorama Tower North. Bellagio's addition is at left and one of the south
Panorama Towers is at right. Panorama Towers are actually located on Dean Martin Drive west of The Strip.
View of the West Harmon Street Overpass and entry which leads directly into the back of City Center. The buildings
in the foreground are the three Panorama Towers. Beyond them lie Aria Hotel and Vdara (not seen). This is the
intersection of Aldebaran and Harmon Street. This newly opened section of special roadway was created as a
West Vegas accessway into City Center. This new section of roadway leads all the way to Las Vegas Boulevard
and is one of the most expensive and best designed road-systems in all of Las Vegas and unique in the nation.
West Vegas residents can take advantage of the Harmon Overpass to get to Vdara or to use the North Valet
Circle to get into Aria Casino. Directions to this great new roadway are given below. Simply put, to reach
this intersection, drive to Dean Martin Drive and turn onto Jerrly Lewis Way and follow the two turns. Once
you go over the overpass - veer to the right and look for the off-ramp and sign that says 'North Valet'.
Otherwise, remain on the road and continue to Las Vegas Boulevard - where you can then turn North (left)
or South (right) to reach all other Strip Hotels or the front entry to City Center and its self-parking garages.

Click the 'Map' or 'Satellite' option buttons (right-top corner) for either view.
Your can use your mouse to move the map ('left-click' inside map and move) in any direction.

Harmon Avenue is seen in the center of this map as the horizontal street leading to City Center.
Local Las Vegans can avoid weekend Strip congestion by approaching City Center from West Vegas. The West Harmon road
leads directly into the back, circular-driveway for Aria and Vdara. The Harmon Freeway Overpass is a little used road that
provides locals with a fast and convenient way to access City Center or the Mid-Strip areas between Flamingo & Tropicana.
To use the Harmon Freeway Overpass:
If you are driving eastward towards The Strip, from West Vegas, use Tropicana Avenue or Flamingo Road.
* On Tropicana turn left at Polaris (Wild West's corner). Drive to West Harmon (located near Panorama Towers) then turn right.
* If driving eastward on Flamingo - turn right on Hotel Rio Drive (located across the street from the Rio Hotel). Continue
downhill and turn right again onto Dean Martin Drive. Continue south a few hundred yards and turn right, at the stoplight, onto
Jerry Lewis Way. 60 yards down the street turns left and becomes Aldebaran. Continue 70 yards and turn left onto West Harmon.
Now you will be on the Harmon Overpass that climbs over the I-15 Freeway. To reach Vdara or the Back Entry to Aria (and for Valet
Parking) turn at the off-ramp that says "North Valet". If you care to travel onto the Strip simply stay on Harmon and you'll reach
The Strip. (Harmon now extends to The Strip, unlike this old map shows) At Las Vegas Boulevard you can turn left to head towards
Paris etc. Or continue onto East Harmon (to the Hard Rock). Or you can turn right to head to the front driveway for City Center
and Aria. The parking garages are reached by driving into City Center's Front Driveway.
Valet Service can be conveniently used at the North Valet Circular Drive. Simply take the 'North Valet off-ramp' and continue
to the valet stand on the right. To pick-up your car later, take the escalator down one floor and turn in you valet-stub and the valet desk and have a seat or stand outside and read the unique Slogan Billboard.
This 2004 Google-Earth Map shows the future City Center property when it was the location of the Boardwalk
Casino and several gift stores. During the prior year the Harmon Overpass and West Harmon Street were constructed.
This map can help guide you on how to reach the Overpass. The Yellow Dots show the route from Flamingo Road
Turn right at Hotel Rio Road, continue dowhill to Dean Martin Drive, continue south to the Jerry Lewis Way
stoplight, turn right, take a left turn at Aldebaran and a left turn at Harmon.
The Blue Arrows show the route from Tropicana Avenue. Turn left at Polaris and then turn right at Harmon.
Once on the Overpass you'll see the North Valet Sign and the off-ramp to City Center on your immediate
right. You can use that off-ramp to reach Vdara or Aria. Or, simply continue driving on Harmon to reach
The Strip. At the Strip, you can turn either left or right. Turn right to go to City Center's Front Entrance,
Aria Hotel, Veer Towers, Mandarin Oriental, Crystals' Mall, or to use the Self-Parking Garages.
This view (looking Westward) shows the West Harmon Street Underpass which leads directly to The Strip.
At the left you can see the east-bound on-ramp which lead to Aria & Vdara's North Valet and hotel entries.
Remain on Harmon (left lane) if you wish to reach The Strip. The on-ramp (right) takes you back to West Vegas
after you leave the Aria or Vdara Hotels. The Westbound Harmon Lane (right) leads you from The Strip to West Vegas.
Looking west from the City Center North Valet Circular Driveway towards the three Panorama Towers. The
assorted roads lead to Aria Hotel's Valet Garages. Bellagio's Employee Parking Garage is seen at right.
The North Circle at City Center has two cab lines. One at the rear of Aria and this one taxi stand
for the front entrance of Vdara. An additional taxi stand is located at the front entrance of Aria. This
Vdara cab stand is good to use when Aria's front is too busy - like on weekends or morning rush hours.
The large windows of Cafe Vettro (behind taxis) look out on the North Circle activity.
The 'Big Edge' canoes in the middle of the North Circle. The windows of the 24 hour Cafe Vettro (left) provide
nice views of the urban-like movement of trams, walkers, valet runners, taxi drivers and vehicular traffic.

(mid-right) which is now the site of the MGM Grand. The site of the Excalibur is at bottom-left. The location
of NYNY (bottom-right) is seen with a gas station where the current Statue of Liberty stands. The Marina
Hotel (across from the Tropicana) eventually became the 'west wing' of the current MGM Grand. The site of the
current Monte Carlo is seen (mid-left). The current location of City Center is above MC, with the Jockey Club
seen just beyond. East Harmon Avenue is seen (mid-right). The Aladdin (top) is now Planet Hollywood.
Circa 1972 view of the City Center property when it was the Dunes Golf Course. The Dunes Hotel, Jockey
Club and Caesars Palace Hotels are seen in the background. This is now the approximate location of
the North Valet Circular Driveway, Vdara Hotel and Aria Hotel's back entrance.
